Duty of Care is a critical subject to know about and very inportant to the student/Teacher - Client/Carer relationships, their rights and well-being. It encompasses virtually everything you do or say in the course of our woking day.
This topic refers to the legal and ethical issues. These issues are entrenched within what is generally called "Duty of care" within fields of Education and Human Services.
This session will assist workers to think about issues dealing with the matters of duty of care and negligence so they my be better equipped to respond accordingly in the field the session will explore the roles you are currently working in, such as working with the public, your peers and clients.
