Are you working with children under the age of 18? If so ensure you have the current and relevant information regarding your observation and reporting responsibility. This session will assist support workers to think about issues dealing with their duty of care and minors, and be able to respond according to the curent policy requirements.

The disability sector is at risk of unconsiously not fulfilling its role when it comes to supporting minors. ensure you do not unconsciously contribute to the next victims suffering through neglect. Come along and learn about twhat the appropriate action should be.
